Security & Cancellation Policy: A 50% non-refundable security deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your date and
will be applied to the final invoice. Reservations are not considered firm until deposit is received. A reservation made within 30-days
of your arrival date requires full payment within five business days to be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to trip the deposit may be used within a year's time of the original
scheduled date. If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less of the trip the deposit is forfeited. We accept cash, check, VISA,
Master Card, American Express, & Discover. No shows and late arrivals will forfeit deposit (i.e., 10 person trip booked, 7 show up,
the other 3 spots forfeit deposit.) If CFA cancels the trip due to tropical storms or severe weather, we will reschedule your trip within
one year of the original scheduled dates. |
